Evangelism & Discipleship Training Trip Bazi, Kimba, Poki, Kaya 2, Kaya, Sudan and Oraba, Kuluba, Ayipe, Keri, Uganda
In August, 2006 Pastor Baba Moses and his 11 person evangelism team traveled to Bazi, Kimba, Poki, Kaya 2, Kaya, Sudan and Oraba, Kuluba, Ayipe, Keri, Uganda. The team left Yei, Sudan on August 21 and returned on September 28.
The results of what God did through the evangelism team are listed below:

Approximately 55% of the new believers had been animists and 5% had been Muslims. The JESUS Film was shown in the Kakwa and Lugbara languages to mostly the Kakwa and Lugbara tribes. One new church was planted in Ayipe. It is a village located 15 miles west of Keri. Follow-up of the new believers will be handled by the Evangelical Presbyterian Church (EPC), the Pentecostal Church, and the Church of Uganda. A total of 300 bibles were distributed with 200 bibles in the Kakwa language and 100 bibles in the Lugbara language.
Our discipleship training concentrated on the theme How to Overcome Despair. The team used the following scriptures in training: 1 Corinthians 4:8-9,16-18; Hebrews 6:19, 13:5-6; Matthew 11:28-30; Psalm 30:5,8-12; Philippians 4:8,12-13; 1 Chronicles 30:9; Psalm 103:10-12, 147:3; Galatians 6:9; Isaiah 40:29-31, 61:1-3; 1 John 4:16.
