Evangelism Trip – Bunia Area, Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC)
In September, 2008 Pastor Henry Chandia and his 6 person evangelism team traveled south to the Bunia Area, DRC. The team left Yei, Sudan on September 12 and returned on October 14.
The results of what God did through the evangelism team are listed below:

Approximately 55% of the new believers had been animists, and 5% had been Muslims. The JESUS Film was shown in the Lingala language to various tribes. Follow-up of the new believers will be handled by the Community Evangelical Church of the Congo and the Pentecostal Church of Congo. A total of 600 bibles were distributed in the Lingala language.
