Evangelism and Discipleship Training Trip – Goja, Morsak, Mongo, Ombasi, Kajiko, Wudabi, Sudan
In December, 2009 Pastor Santino Batali and his 9 person evangelism team traveled south to Goja, Morsak, Mongo, Ombasi, Kajiko, and Wudabi, Sudan. The team left on December 10 and returned on December 22.
The results of what God did through the evangelism team are listed below:

Approximately 40% of the new believers had been animists. The JESUS Film was shown in the Kakwa language to mainly the Kakwa tribe. Follow-up of the new believers will be done by the Evangelical Presbyterian Church, the Sudan Pentecostal Church, and the Episcopal Church of Sudan. A total of 400 Bari bibles were distributed.
Discipleship training was conducted on “The Work of the Holy Spirit.” Some of the works of the Holy Spirit are listed below:

- The Holy Spirit guides us-Romans 8:14

- The Holy Spirit leads us to holiness-2 Thessalonians 2:13
- The Holy Spirit intercedes for us-Romans 8:26
- The Holy Spirit teaches us to pray-Romans 8:15, 26, 27
- The Holy Spirit leads us to bear fruit-Galatians 5:22
- The Holy Spirit binds all believers into one body-1 Corinthians 12:13
- The Holy Spirit gives spiritual gifts-1 Corinthians 12:11
- The Holy Spirit works out our sanctification-John 16:13-15, 2 Thessalonians 2:13
